Terms of Service

The plain-language version of how Flare53 works and what we each agree to.

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Please note: this is a starting template written in plain English so you can launch. Before relying on it commercially, have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional for your country (for example, Malaysia) and business.

1. About Flare53

Flare53 is a managed website speed service. We set up a delivery layer, an HTTPS certificate, and clear DNS instructions in front of your existing website, so it can load faster for your visitors. You keep your own domain and your own hosting.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. What you provide

  • A domain you own or control.
  • An origin (your hosting address) that is public and reachable.
  • Accurate contact details so we can email you setup instructions and updates.

You confirm that you are allowed to configure the domain and origin you submit, and that your website content is lawful.

4. What Flare53 does

We prepare your speed layer and HTTPS certificate, and we email you the exact DNS records to add. We aim to make setup safe and reversible. You choose when to point your live traffic through the service.

5. DNS changes are yours to make

You add the DNS records at your own DNS provider. We provide the exact values and guidance, but the changes take effect in your control. We are not responsible for downtime caused by incorrect DNS entries made outside our guidance.

6. Plans, billing, and trial

Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Any free trial terms are described there. You can change or cancel your plan; when you cancel, we guide you on pointing your DNS back to your hosting so your website keeps working.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Flare53 for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt the service or its infrastructure. We may suspend a setup that puts the service or other customers at risk.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The underlying delivery network is operated by third-party cloud infrastructure and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flare53 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
